Emailing and Printing Your Meal Plan

1. To email or print your meal plan for the week surrounding the currently selected date, tap the Actions (•••) button in the upper right and select Email, Print, Share & Subscribe.

   

2. Select Send Meal Plan or Print Meal Plan.
